HERE'S HOW TO GROW A THICKER, FULLER BEARD

Happy #HumpDay my fellow blog readers and face fur admirers. I sure hope the week so far has treated you kindly.

Today I wanted to give you some fresh advice on how is best to take good care of your face fuzz, and how you can further promote a fuller, thicker beard in the process. So let us begin today's topic, which is titled - Here's How To Grow A Thicker, Fuller Beard...

EAT EXTRA FRUITS AND VEGGIES WITH A BALANCED DIET!

Did you know you can naturally source a vitamin known as biotin, which can be found within many different fruits, meats and vegetables?

It's true, biotin has been proven to help further promote your hair growth, as well as to help improve the quality and length of your finger and toe nails as well, a little odd I know, but completely factual.

If you source out a smart diet to follow from day to day you'll certainly be giving your facial hair the upper hand in the growing department, all in the name of biotin. You can also take the 'lazy man's' route and purchase biotin supplements in tablet form from many health shops, and also online too.

EXERCISE MORE THAN YOU USUALLY WOULD!

Exercise has a proven track record of boosting a man's testosterone levels, which in turn helps boost your beard growing game in the process. So, if you already lead a rather fruitful life, and visit the gym at least three times a week it might be a smart move just to up your routine ever so slightly in order to stay on top of your beard growing game.

If like many of us you are not a gym goer, then I think you know what you have to do, give yourself a kick up the backside and get more active, be it with a gym membership of exercising at home and in your local area. Trust me when I tell you that your body (and beard) will thank you for this in later life, I'm sure of it.

TAKE JOLLY GOOD CARE OF THAT MAGICAL BEARD OF YOURS!

When you invest your time into growing out your beard, you of course are expected to take jolly good care of things. By this, I don't mean you should leave your facial hair to it, in fact you should already be following a beardmens grooming routine each and everyday. Which should include the use of a premium beard oils, balms washes and other kit items such as beard combs and beard brushes. Regular care of your beard will better your chances of flourishing out some fuzz even the Vikings would be proud of.

So, don't fool yourself and try to cut corners, invest in your products wisely and the results will soon speak for themselves.

IF ALL ELSE FAILS, THERE'S ALWAYS A TRANSPLANT!

Yes, you read that clearly. For those who struggle to muster anything more than a few light fluffy whiskers you might want to consider a facial hair transplant. Sounds simple enough, right? well, it's not all that simple at all. In fact, it can be a lengthy and rather expensive process, not to mention the blood, sweat and tears that will follow, which involves removing a piercing thousands of tiny hairs into the paying customer's face fairly deep in order for them to take nicely and not reject. And for this pleasure you can expect to pay between £2000-£6000 depending on what country you reside in. Daaaamn, that is one heck of a price tag I'm sure you'd agree.

That sees todays blog come to a sweet close for now my friends. as always be sure to leave us your thoughts in the comments section provided below.
